Detectives Investigate Apparent Inmate Suicide At The Pinellas County Jail (25-082)

PINELLAS COUNTY – Detectives assigned to the Robbery/Homicide Unit are investigating the death of 40-year-old inmate Adam Little.
Little was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on April 13, 2025, after being arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office for Violation of Probation for Written Threats to Kill or Do Bodily Harm.
According to detectives, on July 17, 2025, at around 5:48 a.m., Little was found unresponsive and hanging from a sheet that was secured to the shelving in his cell. Detention staff, along with medical personnel, performed life-saving measures.
Little was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased shortly after at approximately 6:46 a.m.
Next of kin has been notified.
The investigation continues.
