DETECTIVES ARREST LARGO MAN FOR POSSESSION AND TRANSMISSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY (25-067)

LARGO – Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) arrested a Largo man for Possession of Child Pornography.

On October 16, 2024, detectives began an investigation after receiving information that child pornography was being accessed and shared via the internet. Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified the suspect as 30-year-old Julian William Wiseman. According to detectives, the images were of children between the ages of 6 and 13 years old. Detectives also learned that the Largo Police Department had an open investigation involving Wiseman for similar charges.

On June 5, 2025, Wiseman was arrested and charged with 17 counts of Possession of Child Pornography.  The Largo Police Department charged him with 4 additional counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 10 counts of Transmission of Child Pornography.  He was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

The investigation continues.
