Detectives Arrest Palm Harbor Man for Possession and Transmission of Child Pornography.

Palm Harbor – Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) arrested a Palm Harbor man for Possession and Transmission of Child Pornography.

Detectives began their investigation after receiving information that child pornography was being accessed and shared via the internet. Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified the suspect as 25-year-old Paul Ihab Sobhy Rizk. According to detectives, the images were of children between the ages of 6 and 10 years old.

On August 6, 2025, Rizk was arrested with 4 counts of Possession of Child Pornography and 4 counts of Transmission of Child Pornography.

Rizk was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

The investigation continues.
