Seminole Man Arrested for Possession of Child Pornography (25-099)

SEMINOLE – Detectives assigned to the Crimes Against Children Unit (CAC) have arrested a Seminole man for possession of child pornography.

Detectives began their investigation after receiving information that child pornography was being accessed and shared via the internet. Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified the suspect as 42-year-old Nicholas Burns.

According to detectives, the images were of children between the ages of eight and fourteen years old.

On August 14, 2025, Burns was arrested and charged with four counts of Possession of Child Pornography.

Burns was transported to the Pinellas County Jail.

The investigation continues.
