Captain Eric Forcade

Captain Forcade joined the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office in 2004 and is currently assigned to the Support Services Bureau. In this role, he oversees the Forensic Sciences Division, AFIS (Fingerprinting), the Training Division, the Purchasing Division, and Property and Evidence. Throughout his career at the sheriff's office, Captain Forcade has served in a variety of assignments, including Patrol Operations, Field Training, and the Training Division. He was a Field Training sergeant, shift commander for Patrol, and commander of the Training Division, AFIS Division, and Forensic Science Division. He has been a member of SWAT and the Crowd Management Team. Before joining the sheriff’s office, Captain Forcade served in the Marine Corps, and also served with the St. Petersburg Police Department. He has an associate’s degree in public safety administration from St. Petersburg College, and holds the designation of Certified Public Manager.
